CAPELLA ACHIEVES ISO 9001:2008 CERTIFICATION

Globally Recognized Quality Management System Give Customers Piece of Mind on Reliability

SAN JOSE, CA – April 6, 2011 - Capella, the leading provider of wavelength selective switch (WSS) technologies for use in reconfigurable optical add/drop multiplexer (ROADM) and optical cross connects, today announced that it has been recertified to the ISO 9001:2008 standard by Det Norske Veritas Certification, Inc., an ANAB accredited registrar. This voluntary achievement demonstrates Capella's unwavering commitment to quality-of-service standards, and lets customers know that the company adheres to documented processes and procedures that ensure ongoing improvements in delivering global customer support.
