• Schedule, create, kit, and track multiple subassemblies for work orders through assembly and test processes
• Work with internal and external vendors on various process steps for each subassembly
• Collaborate with the Purchasing Group to ensure seamless material availability to the subassembly line and/or contract manufacturers
• Work with Program Management / Engineering to keep track of engineering and configuration changes for sub-assemblies and associated components
• Track production inventory levels required and report shortages to Inventory Coordinator

Other

• Must be trainable on systems (pc/MRP and Arena) for receipts/RMAs, searches, and reports
• Must have knowledge of how the system needs to be set up to plan properly: Item Master, Bills of Materials, Backlog, etc.
• Occasional expediting to local vendors for material drop-off / pick-up necessary
• Occasional stockroom / kitting help required
• Basic knowledge of Excel, Word and ERP background mandatory
• Ability to use a computer for long periods of time mandatory

Experience and education

• 2+ years experience minimum requirement or >3 years experience in related materials function, such as Expediter/Driver, Stockroom Clerk, Material Handler, considered

• High School Graduate
